This is an intuitive hypnotherapy session where we focus on the subconscious beliefs and spiritual blocks of the throat energy center (chakra).
What to Expect:
We go into the energetics and emotions inside the throat energy center.
We address and process generational beliefs and blocks around thoughts and feelings that have been unspoken or silenced.
You are guided into a hypnotic state to connect you to your subconscious mind and spiritual body.
This opens the throat energy to embody your feminine expression.
You use guided imagery and your intuitive senses to clear energy.
You use your breath to release any unprocessed emotions in the body.
You use eft (tapping) to reprogram beliefs created by yourself and society.
You remember how it feels to be open to expressing the truth in your heart and mind.
